Our graduate assessments last half a day- either a morning or an afternoon.
Our graduate days are designed to give everyone a chance to be heard. A maximum of 8 graduate candidates will attend the day, with a maximum of 4 people in an activity session.
We aim to decide within a week. All applicants, successful or not, will receive feedback.
Orano's programme is a two-year programme where candidates are recruited with a specific position in mind. However, you will initially be given the opportunity to gain a more holistic view and experience of the business through secondments to different projects and disciplines. We offer training and development to help graduates continually develop their skills. This continues beyond the two year programme.
Yes ā everyone who works at Orano has a mid-year review and an annual appraisal.
Yes ā all employees are supported towards Professional Accreditation to help with their career development.

Once you get to the end of your two-year programme, you will be be promoted to Consultant/Engineer within the company.
