AREVA RMC supported the Safety and Reliability Society (SaRS) North West May branch meeting in May 2016.
Gill Naylor and Kieran Docherty of AREVA RMC were pleased to give a joint presentation with Stuart Perkins and Anthony Gibson of Sellafield Ltd on Safety Requirements in the Nuclear Industry. Requirements Management is concerned with ensuring that projects are developed to meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders, including operational and safety considerations. Use of requirements management provides a clear auditable trail for the reasoning behind the development of a process or facility and allows the proposed solution to be verified and validated to ensure that stakeholder needs are met.
