Our ethos

With people at the heart of our business, we are committed to the highest standards of safety, quality and welfare. Read more about our values.

Our ethos aligns with the Orano values of customer satisfaction; continuous improvement; respect and people development; exemplarity, integrity and responsibility; cohesion and team spirit. Building on these values, we have fostered a working culture that prioritises safety, performance and respect for everyone we work with, whether this relates to our clients, partners, or our own staff.

Safety

As a company operating extensively in the nuclear safety sector, we consider health and safety to be a crucial part of life in the company, whether this relates to the way which we engage with our staff, subcontractors or customers. As a result, we have a vibrant safety culture within the business, and have been awarded the Royal Society of Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold Award for the past three years running for our commitment to safety in all our activities.

Quality

Orano Projects Limited is dedicated to providing a professional service to the highest possible standards of quality, and operate a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015. With robust internal review structures, and a track record of high-quality output, we work to ensure that our services and deliverables meet the standards required by our clients.

Reputation

Having developed the reputation of our business over four decades in the nuclear industry, Orano Projects Limited invests in its reputation as a high-quality resource to its clients, by working hard to deliver a consistently thorough, efficient and friendly service to clients. We have a strong service ethos and recognise the importance of delivering an excellent standard of technical and non-technical service in sustaining our future.

Working relationships

At Orano Projects Limited we value our all our working relationships and recognise the importance of partnering in our work. As a company that integrates its engineering and consulting teams to optimise project delivery, and as a signatory to the NDA Supply Chain charter, collaboration is an essential part of how we operate, and as such we work in close partnership and alignment with several national and international organisations to address some of the UK’s most complex nuclear challenges.

Welfare and responsibility

Orano Projects Limited takes as many steps as possible to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its staff. We consider ourselves as a friendly company and we care for our staff, their development and well-being in and out of the office.
